Stuck injector with exhaust gasses flowing back into it is what it sounds like to me.

you sure the injector seat in the head is clean and only 1 fresh copper is in the hole?

pretty dern sure, i could pull the injector again but i would be afraid my o-ring wouldnt re seal and the the cap would leak but i guess i will see:dunno i hope the injector isnt bad i was hoping i would finally get everything fixed on this but things keep going wrong

You really need to pull that injector. Somehow its leaking compression back into the fuel system. That will burn up the injector and return line. About the new copper gasket. When you remove it heat it up till it turns a blue black in color. Then drop it in cold water but not freezing water. This quenches it and will soften it up. Now use a smooth file and rub it on that. Any high spots will show up. Make the gasket flat on both sides. This may take as few as 3 or 4 strokes. Clean it with a kitchen scotchbrite scrubby and reinstall it. No worries but... This is a last ditch thing to do. I wouldn't try this if I could easily get another gasket. Some self proclaimed "expert" on another site posts that he never in over 30 years have ever changed these gaskets. Just reuses the same old ones and never a leak.:bs:Whatever: 35 lbs is the torque required to seat these injectors.

if the injector is bad, you would have a really bad idle due to the compression gasses blowing back up through the internals.

You get what you pay for. ;Poke

LOL

Just kidding. Russ can't control their quality any more than I can. That injector will have to be replaced, along with the cap.
