love the pics, lmc has some cowl hoods, but they skip 87-91 :dunno

the 86- would probably fit but the shape is off right?

Building hoods for "us" is not a bad idea. I'm struggling to figure a "cold air" plan...simply lack the skills to make a hood look like that (right now).

my only issue would be shipping.
these delivery companies have a lot to be desired.
and I lack the insurance.......

Cowl hoods are available in fiberglass but they are $600-700 iirc.

I can do them for 60/hr. + parts and shipping.
you would find a STEEL scoop,
send it to me,
ill fab it in a hood ill find locally.
no body work.
you will have to duraglass it, bondo and paint.
I could do this work, but what if it gets skrewed in shipping?

would take me 4-5 hours to do a simple hood.

All sounds good to me other than the shipping, like you said thats totally out of your hands, dunno what to do there.

ive shipped core supports to new York for 60 bucks.
but I would have to package a hood a lot different.
