Got another IDI in the family.

I am pretty sure it needs a new front axle, I think when the drive shaft twisted it, it damaged the pinion as it's at an odd angle and the seal came apart. There is also some rust starting to come through the bottom of the back half of the cab, you can just see it in the first pic. I will do my best to make sure as little of this truck gets wasted, but my sisters 91 is in better shape and needs a new motor and my 93 really needs a new transmission as mine is all grindy.

My old Zf will actually go into another truck, we are swapping the IDI out of my friends truck into another and the new truck has 4:10 gears instead of the 3:55's he is used to. He currently has a 4spd, so the 5spd will serve him better. My old ZF still works, you just can't speed shift with it at all. Since he doesn't drive his truck that often he will probably get another 5 years or more of service from it.
