Good news

Got the IP changed today. Its still hard to start when cold, guessing the glow plugs, the controller is still clicking and such.

No more white smoke when i let off after a high rev. Idles smooth. Revs quicker. Throws a good belch of black smoke. Still only static timed, my timing light wont be here till middle of next week.

was it difficult to replace the ip? any tips or hints? i got a new one in the garage just waiting for the time to do it.
