General Truck Maintenence Parts Questions

I'm thinking it's a good idea to go ahead and replace some of the common problem parts.
First up is injectors. What are your super secret, quality, cheap injector suppliers?

Cheap and reliable don't go together.
For quality, Typ4 (russ) here. or agnem (mel) here or at Conestoga diesel.

Just depends on what you plan on doing with the truck.

Both mentioned members sell the Delphi BB codes. Those have been proven time after time to be the best injector for the idi engine. I tried the turbo G codes and found I got better fuel mileage and more hp using the Bb codes. Up till I installed the new BB codes from Russ I was a believer in the G codes. I'm no longer a believer in G codes being any good and in fact. they are worse for mileage and hp. This has been proven by others also. Money talks so let that guide you if need be. This forum knows a rebuilt injector from any shop or ebay seller is not a real rebuild. The parts cost more than a new injector so its impossible to rebuild and sell injectors for half the cost of new.

The BB codes or any other injector works fine in any idi. Just don't think you will get more from the "turbo grade" G injectors. They are not all that and a bag of chips like the sellers say they are.
