fuel line / hose size

I know the supply line is 3/8.

Does anyone know what the return is that runs back to the tank? My best guess is 5 / 16.

Bypassing my fsv since i think it has some junk in it causing fuel starvation at higher rpms.

You are correct sir... The return lines are 5/16. They have little if any pressure on them. Its mostly gravity feed back to the tanks. This return fuel is what lubes and cools the injection pump and the injecters... Kinda neet thought if you think about it...

Ya it sorta is, and how both the pump and the injector return. Pretty neat system.

I hope this works. I''ll be happy to drive my truck more than a mile. It does run like a top now at idle when it has fuel. New ip and injectors sure make a difference.
