ok heres the deal truck wont start because its gettin air in the fuel. the fuel heater leaks on the lift pump. Is it replaceable? the connector is cracked but is that supposed to hold fuel from leaking? because it is bubbling up through the metal tab. if not replaceable could i plug it up somehow?

There's an o-ring that's bad. Do a search on how to replace them.

Its replaceable easily. If its a cracked electrical fitting... Then you need a complete fuel heater. Any late 6.9 or 7.3 idi in a wrecking yard will have the part. Your probably better off just buying the entire top aluminum filter housing and changing the o-ring in it. Ford and international sell both the o-ring $2.50) and the heater element... Yes... You can search here for the repairs. Its really easy...
