No. You should not have that much noticeable camber, jack it up and check the ball joints. Do you have lift springs or spacers in the front? If you try to lift these front ends it adds a ton of camber that cannot be adjusted for.

Have you checked out your pivot bushings? Mine were horrible in my 91. I'd hate to see you go in for an alignment to a shop that doesn't know any better...

Did you notice this after you backed in somewhere? Mine will +camber in reverse. Pulling forward flattens it back out.

Yours cambers in reverse? Are you sure you’re not getting confused with toe in?
Camber think Honda’s with wheels that aren’t perpendicular to the road. Toe is when both front tires are not parallel.
