Front Hub Life Span

I have 207,000 miles on my 2013 GMC/LML. I travel a lot, long distance. Is there any suggestions for the life of the sealed front hubs? We're planning a 12,000-16000 mile trip next year. I always carry a Chinese spare. Getting ready to do my brakes and I was thinking maybe now is a good time to do the hubs?

Reading threads on various truck sites (not specifically GM), and colleagues with bad experiences - high speed use over long miles tends to boil the grease out of unit bearings.

Unless they have an ABS sensor port to use for re-greasing, I would probably look at some timkens or SKFs and do them before the trip.
