It is definitely a two-piece, if that's what you are asking, and there is no way oil is getting past the three ribs that seal the spindle.

Okay. So the one you got is the same design. From the pics it looked different.

I read about the scotseal design, and liked how it worked over OE design.
Just wanted to make sure I got the right one.

I understand this is an old thread. Hope it is OK that I'm bringing it back.

My 1990 10.25" came to me with the oil slinger set-up. I am replacing the seal with the Scotseal Plus XL.

Do I reuse, or omit, the slinger with the new seal?
