No you don't. Ford was smart enough to use cover plates here. All that you have to do is to remove the one that you don't want ant replace it with the one that you do want. One word of caution: these are sealed down with something that will make you exercise your four letter word vocabulary. I will second that it is a real fun removing the cover plates because of the sealer.
