F-350 front springs

Looking to replace front leaf spring, truck in sig (F354 C&C). Spring code is "T" and GAWR of 4600 front,
been told T equals 1960# each which is less then GAWR, so not sure of the code. Found some 2200# spring online but feel should have more yet based on GAWR. Can anyone clarify spring code or recommend a replacement spring equal or better? Truck sets pretty level now except bad spring on one side about 3/8 sag, sets about 2 3/4 off bump stop. Possible bad shackle maybe?

Thanks, guess those springs were underrated from the start, 2250# springs are what you get now, other then HD,Bob was helpful.
