I didn't want to hijack ghunts thread so here goes. What is stopping us from using a 2000 powerstroke fuel pump in conjunction with a bypass regular after the underhood filter/separator?:dunno And just send the filtered and bypassed fuel back to the tank through the fsv. Napa sells the quick connect/nylon line repair kits you would need to splice it in right after the fsv ;Really

Nothing. In fact, you could use a stock Ford EFI fuel pump for that matter. But having that regulator in there, is another thing to maintain, go bad, introduce air... or whatever. Like Scotty said in Star Trek the movie.... The more complicated the plumming, the easier it is to stop it up.

Good point mel, I am just tired of messing with the Holleys poor design and I already have a regulator in place,it is only a little plumbing work for me.
