educate Me on this fuel pump

Is this the same style pump as the holley red? I mean the guts inside are like the HR or more like the facet pumps (i think they are piston) style?

After some testing I start to believe the Holley pumps are stronger than the others I have used. This last if they pump dry for some time or if they have to pump on a restricted line they wear very fast and sooner than later start pumping very low volume. Now they holley has proved to be better in this same situation.

It's a gerotor rather than a vane style pump. It also doesn't mention compatible with diesel.
