I'm looking for a spare set of wheels for my truck, seems like a lot of them available off of E350 motorhome chassis. I know the E350s never went away from the 8 x 6.5 bolt pattern, but does anybody have any insight on offset, width, etc?

Thanks in advance

I bought a "RoadReady" brand wheel for my dually a while back ... The one that I got was an E350 wheel and the off set IS different.
It's my understanding that the E350 was scheduled for wider tires than the F350

Have you checked some of the aftermarket wheel manufacturer websites with the 'rim calculator' thingy ?

It varies slightly by year..
At one point I was looking to spruce up my 94 E350 dually.
The stock width was something like 6" with a zero offset. but later years like a 2010 were different like over 110mm offset

I read somewhere that E Series and F series wheels went separate ways after 1999.

That is correct, the F-Series 250/350 went to an 8x170mm lug pattern. The E-Series 250/350 stayed with the 8x6.5 well into the 2000’s. I believe they eventually changed before they stopped production of the E-Series and replaced it with the Transit.
