The new electric fuel pump is all hooked up and works properly I tied for it to come on from the hot side of the IP Via relay
The engine turns over, gets get gas. I have not attempted to start I want to make sure the glow plug controller is working correctly and make sure I under stand the return system: but very close, turns over strong alll new battery cables, ends, etc

So close

Can anyone describe the routing of the return lines in stock form?
Interested in how they would have been ran from the fuel housing, and how it came off the IP pump. Non turbo… I guessing one came from fuel housing to passenger side corner injector and the ip went to the drivers side injector-
I can't remember, but your guess sure sounds right to me.
Also since I am new to this how much fuel ends up going through the return lines? Droplets, constant flow. Just trying to get an idea on what to expect.
I haven't checked myself, but here's my guess. There should be a constant flow. Whatever the injectors and IP don't use will go back to the tank. The constant fuel flow also is used to cool the IP and injectors which is another reason to have flow. There should be volume, but not much pressure. In theory, especially when using an electric lift pump, the volume of flow should be less as the engine RPM rise. The engine is using more fuel so there will be less that goes back to the tank. It should NEVER be 0 returning fuel though. That would mean that there isn't enough supply to keep the IP and injectors cool.
gets get gas.
BOY I HOPE NOT!!! If it's getting gas, stop and drain your entire fuel system!;Poke
