And I tested the solenoid by pulling the wire while they key was on and it clicked every time.
I pulled the glow plugs and only got fuel mist from two cylinders thru the glow plug holes while cranking the engine.
I did everything I could think of to narrow it down to the IP.
The whole upper end is covered with diesel fuel.
