Diesel problems

so i have a few minor problems with my truck the first is the seat wont stay up right and alway falls back i think the gears are striped also the back lights will not work i have replaced the wiring and still nothing if anyone knows how to fix these problem please let me know Thanks

REPLACE the seat CHECK THE BULB DA Jesse and sell those rims to me
