94 F350 CC DRW 2WD I bought her about 4 months ago the tie rods and ends had been replaced prior. She developed what I guess is death wobble I took her to my tire guy and had him inspect the front end and check the wheel bearings I also had him replace all 6 tires with new ones since they were worn. He drove the truck all over town and on the highway, she ran perfect for him no problem. a few days ago I noticed she has a minor vibrating on right had curves than today she started shaking so hard I thought I was loosing both front tires and of course the shop was closed. Speed has no issue on when it will start sometimes at 25 mph sometimes at 55mph you have to stop the truck and take off again and she is fine for about 2 miles and starts again. Took 45 mins to get 11 miles home. Is it king pens or do I have ball joints ? Need your guys advice so I can fix it myself since the shop is closed this WEEK

If you do find something loose in the frontend, you tire guy didn't do a very good job of checking things. Keep that in mind if you do find something obviously worn out. If you don't find anything, and he can't either, it's time to start looking at loose rivets and cracks around the front crossmember and in the steering box area.

Id check all the rivets as well. That's what was causing one of our trucks to do it. Never figured it out till the 2wd stuff was yanked for a 4x4 conversion.

Check the I beam bracket too. My former truck had the same problem. Cracked badly in three different places. Shook like all hell over 50mph, I got lucky it didn't let loose

Lots of great advice given here. Mostly I would have another shop look for issues. find a shop that specializes in frame straightening and alignment. Usually Bear Wheel and Frame is what we use round these parts. Don't know if thats whats around you.

My 93 crew cab had the right front wheel death wobble . I just redid my front end and put in new poly bushings ... my right side I -beam bushing and bolt were beat and sloppy . the radius bushings were OK , but were replaced with poly bushings... everything else appears to be ok , but I'm doing new ball joints anyway :D Got new grade 8 hardware for I-beam bolts 9/16 x 3 1/2 ... nice snug fit and no slop ! also drilled out radius arm bracket rivets and replaced with 1/2" grade 8 hardware...
