Age\miles on ip and injectors?
if the system is worn out it might stopgap it.
New system, it is worth it, as long as you tailor the wastegate for egt.

look up intercooler threads ...pump timing\output cc,injector size,and exhaust...

Absolutely no clue on pump/injector mileage. Heck, for that matter, no clue on how many miles are on this truck period, given that it has a 5 digit odometer. I did a basic records search on it a while back, at least as far as I could go with the free searches, and it looks like reporting stopped on it shortly after purchase. I'm sure the odometer has rolled at least once, but no idea now if it's 100K+, 200K+, 500K+, lol. Runs great, starts immediately hot or cold, but was dealing with high EGTs before I took it off the road.

Didn't really intend for this to be any kind of "what's wrong with my truck" post, was just curious in more of a general sense.

Not sure how but i may have stripped the jam nut on the minimaxx rod, is it possible to back that screw out for inspection/replacement WITHOUT taking the top cover off? TIA

Just to elaborate a bit on my last post i cant seem to get the jam nut tight enough that my pump doesn’t leak fuel
