The dually D60's don't have adapters, the hub is a different casting with the wheel flange outboard. I have seen the wheel flange machined off and the inner tabs that the rotor bolts to drilled out for studs and used as a SRW hub... Not something I'd reccomend.
This is a Dodge/Chevy version, but, Ford is the same, but shorter(less space between the wheel bearings)

Are the dana 50 hubs the same as the dana 60 srw? Is the spindle the same between dana 60 srw and drw and dana 50?

The D50 hubs will work nicely on the D60, the spindles, if it's a kingpin 60, they will bolt on, but they are not safe to use, the index on the back of the spindle isn't long enough to protrude through the caliper bracket and into the knuckle. If it's a balljoint 60, you will have to compare the index that sits inside of the knuckle on the 50 to the 60, I suspect that it is the same, and therefore, they should interchange.
