is this a first generation or second generation.

First generation 12 valve, but it should fit all the 12 valve motors. Difference being the injector size, and they have adaptors for the smaller injectors.

The only difference in 12 valve heads are the early 1st gen (non IC) 89-91.5 and later 1st gen (IC) 91.5-93
The early 1st gen had 9mm injector ports that are prone to cracking.

Which head is it? 9mm or 7mm injector port?

I ordered it for my 89 non intercooled CTD, was going to get it ported and polished. It's a new casting.
