Cranks but will not start Help! 7.3L DIT

Hi I changed the engine in my 99 F-250 and put the old pump and injectors with new seals in the new engine. I can't get it to start it wont even fire at all. I have fuel pressure and the oil rails are full It has a new cam sensor in it. I have cranked it a LOT and I even started it on either. Does anyone have any sugestions? I'm not getting any smoke out the exhaust at all. It is cranking plenty fast.

check all your fuses.back track everything youve done and make sure every electrical connection is plugged in.if you disconnected the engines wire harness at the main plug,disconnect it again and check for bent pins in the plug.

I went thru this same thing a while back and I had forgotten to re-connect the plug to the IPR----just left [drivers side] and below the fuel bowl-----it is part of the harness that has the fuel bowl sender connections.

Also check fuse #22---controls fuel heater and IDM......
