Correct bilstein shock part # for 1986 F350 4X4 front.

Part# 24016179 are listed for it but they are wrong. Need some with 1/2" sleeves, not the metric ones. Thank you in advance.

Hmm. That's the same part number I used on mine and the only reason they didn't work is I found them too harsh.

Although, I was using hardware and front suspension parts from a 1995 donor truck.

Thanks for your reply. It seems that the early dana 60's used sae bolts for the front shock mounts. The rears are metric and the designated shocks worked there(24016186). I sent bilstein an email but no reply yet.
