Their heavy duty coolant says "Free of Nitrites" yet has them listed on the SDS as less than 1% (typical control range is 2,000-2400ppm as sodium nitrite - 0.20%-0.024% of all other glycols). Their SDS Also lists the main ingredient as Ethlylene glycol at 80-85%. Maybe they add something that contracts as it heats up to conteract it? I am not familiar with the Ethylhexanoic acid listed on there.
