Conestoga Diesel=Extremely Satisfied Customer!!

Recently I purchased a new IP and set of injectors from Mel and Suzi at conestoga diesel. My wife and I got the chance to meet them this past friday. Being a business owner myself, it was truely a breath of fresh air to see someone so passionate about what they do for a living. They were some of the nicest people I have ever done business with. They opened up their shop to us and Mel gave me a personal tour behind the scenes! And a small tour of beautiful Amish country. I have no doubts in saying that they have the best service and products money can buy. I would not hesitate to do business there again. I am glad I got to meet them and feel blessed to consider them friends! Thanks again Mel and Suzi.

Really glad others have found out what a good business person Mel is. I bet working with the wife is nice too. I for one could not work with or for my wifey. She wants every thing made out of unobtainum material... I'm good with my hands... But trying to make what the wifey wants kills me. Its my cross to bare. I'm sure others will come here and do business with Mel and Suzi at Conestoga. The have a passion to do a good job and they stand behind it... Others will find the typ4 Russ works the same way. These are business owners that I have done plenty of business with and NEVER... EvER had and problems.

Hav read many articles with Conestoga mentioned..so almost a year after I bought my f250/6.9 I purchased a set of BB's from Mel and would not hesitate to purchase products from him again!!

Thanks for the accolades. We don't consider what we do anything special. It's just the way we are. Really, every place everyone deals with should just give good customer service and stand behind their stuff. The fact that such things seem rare these days is really disturbing. I appreciate the OP posting of his on accord. What he voluntarily didn't tell you, was that he had to drive all the way from Pittsburgh to come see us. Something he should not have had to do. He bought a pump from us, and there were issues. However, their were also mitigating factors that made troubleshooting difficult. At this point, everyone is happy and things are as they should be. Nobody is perfect, but everybody should try to be.

What Mel just posted is how we all should live.. But so many don't. I make it my best attempt to do better everytime I help someone because I feel good doing that. Whats so hard about being nice and treating people with respect. Running a respectable business is the only way to keep a customer and stay in business. Some of the sellers listed in the Hall of shame make me wonder just how they stay in busines doing what they do to the life bread... the customer that knocks on thier door. I gues it the syaing by PT Barnum... One is born every second. Open a business.. Run it with respect. Know the customer is the ONLY reason your open. Treat them like they are family. Trying to scam those that come to your business is a sure way to be out of business. I feel good when I read about someone new having a great experiance doing business with Mel and Suzi. They are part of the idi family doing something good. We have several members here that go above and beyond for others all the time.
