Compression testers

Is there a recommended brand and kit for a 7.3 compression tester? Shopping for a compression tester and there are a lot of different brands and kits. My injectors and glow plugs are early models does anybody know there metric sizes?

I got lucky and found an older Snap On tester and adapter on ebay.

Just read this older post,I know I am late to the game,but may help others,about to do some Injector,Glow Plug,Fuel Return Kit replacement,so measured Motorcraft Glow Plugs to get a tap to clean Glow Plug threads!They are M10 by 1.00 metric thread size on 92 F-450 7.3!
