my 6.9 truck has cold start problems, usually having to crank on her for a while, me and my buddy are going with a glow plug connector, because the truck has had the same issues before...and when i get it running and give it a litttle gas, the glow plug light will come on, then right back off, then when i reach operating tempature the trucks fine...my question is, is converting the glow plug system to a solid state glow plug system, worth the trouble, since i may have to replace a few glow plugs/connectors anyway?
