I measured the slave today. It moved about 1/2 inch. I assume thats not enough.

No, that is not near enough...... I would tend to believe you have a bad M/C or slave cylinder. If you don't see any external leaks, you may have bad seals in either the master or slave and either one or both may be leaking internally.

Thats what I figured. Ill probably just replace both together.
