Alright guys, I got around to mocking up my turbo setup on an extra engine we have sitting around and I clocked the housings on it, but the pedistal sits like almost 1/4" off to the passenger side of the CHRA. I've got a good pic of it Im going to try and host to show. I guess my question is, do you guys think that it WILL line up after we get all the gaskets into everything?

I don't think gaskets can make up 1/4 inch. Usually you have some room to move things around just a bit. Try loosening up the exhaust and moving it by tightening down more on either the left or right bolt. It works like that on the Banks systems. Maybe it will help.:dunno

That's the 088 ATS with the o-ring seal in there isn't it? Try loosening the nuts on the right exhaust manifold and see how much twist/play that gives you and tighten down after connection to pedestal. Might actually want to leave the pedestal mounting bolts loose until that connection is made as well.
