HELL YEAH!!!! that thing is AWSOME!!!! I would totally drive it..... I would make it the most bad ass white trash van/truck/pedafile wagon ever....not that it isnt almost there .....we do truck pool's out here at college with all the 1 ton trucks and I would love to show up with that thing full of water....hell you could make the inside into a bar, serve drinks out the sliding window and sit next to the pool ......oh no......i just gave myself an idea.....

i believe that is actually a econoline series instead of an F-series. i have seen van conversions like that before.

kinda ugly to me.

It does have an E series dash.

I never could get myself to like those conversions, either
