Alright guys, I diddnt want to ask for help on this because of how complicated it can get, but Im out of options. My truck, has an odd issue where it will randomly have all sorts of electrical problems at one. The tack and dash guages(as worthless as they are) will jump around and flick all over the place, the brake light will flash and my headlights will flicker. The radio( aftermarket) will also go in and out, and often gets so annoying that I just take the face plate off of it.
Now the odd thing is, the radio and headlights are wired through an auxilery fuse box, which gets its power directly through the battery. The dash light are on the factory harness. Grounds are all secure, chassis, body and harness ones. Batteries are new group 31's, alternator is new, VR is new. It seems to just do it when its cold out. Last night it was going nuts, and today it was perfect. So I dont know, any suggestions?

Most all automotive electrical problems are caused by ground/Neg. problems. Start at the batteries and clean all the chassis connections, don't forget the cables to the engine.

Well, I think it revealed itself today. The wire going from the battery terminal to the starter relay broke its little clip that holds it on. Had to use jumper cables from the + terminal to the relay post to get her going. Hopefully thats been the issue...
