can you guys point me in the right direction with the proper coolant please???

I read all the stuff on this website about cavitation and grasp the right info to put the proper coolant in my rad. Can I buy the right premixed coolant at AutoZone or Napa so I don't have to worry about anything other than pouring it in the rad? If so what kind do you guys recommend besides international or Ford motorcraft coolant.

Yep. if you have a Tractor Supply nearby you have Fleet Guard.
