I wasnt sure I was thinking how the axle is made, I was wondering if it would be Dana 44 or 60? 4X4. I was just wondering because all I have is a code C5 on my door sticker, I dont know how to make since of that like Dana 44 or Sterling axles. Ya know what I mean its like you have a letter and number how do ya know what axles that goes with?

You can look it up. That's the axle code. It should tell you gear ratio and open or LS diff and which axle it is.

If you have a 4x and it's an F350 in 1990 you have a Hi Pinion king pin style Dana 60. As for camber adjustments, well there isn't much in the way that can be done, rebuild the king pins, is about it actually IIRC if the camber is incorrect.

If you have an F250 then it could be a D44HD or D50 both Hi pinion style TTB or twin traction beam...a knock off the the Twin I beam ford uses in 2wd. I often call this style the Chicken Wing front end cause it flaps up n down like chicken wings!

I wish mine would flap its wings like a chicken n fly away from my truck and return as a kingpin D60 setup without burning 1500-2000 out of my wallet lmao!

Mine is 95,000

ive been able to find them but like mentioned a complete setup always runs me what I mentioned. Im talking needing everything to swap over and drive.

Ive seen just the front d60 itself for cheaper but when you add in everything that is needed with it, your still up into the range I mentioned.

If I was able to do a complete swap for 1000-1200 id be a super happy camper. But I have a feeling that isn't going to happen without buying a parts truck that has one already in it and parting the rest out to recoop money.
