Did you have a chance to feel for the ridge? Generally, if you have a ridge, the bearing tool was canted.

sle2115 I did feel for the ridge, but there was none, "feelable", after he installed the new bearings.

The tool he was using was well used, I guess he just had better finess with the tool than his help.

Man theres just so many things I have to do to my shop that it would take me a year or more to get it like I think I want it.
Better leave it alone though :draw , I need to stay focused on the engine, that in itself is also a time consuming, multi task. but i likey likey

I'll shoot some pics to you guys as soon as I get my shop cleaned up a lil more, cant let ya'll see it now.

One more thing, guys, I got the synthetic bearing grease, by Vavoline, for the Cam, etc. Is that ok? I haven't got to the cam install yet so I thought I should ask the gurus :D
