cab corner plastic interchange

I did a search, but couldn't find it. Has anyone put 1995 or so cab corner plastic in like an 89 truck? I'd like to get the speaker mounting location. It all looks similar, but the top shoulder belt mount seems to stick out on the newer plastics, vs on the old it's flatter. Might just need a longer bolt.

Shoot, I just cut out the circle above the belt and put 3.5" speakers in that spot.
Good speakers (Rockford, Kicker, Alpine, etc) generally come with a grill.
