Well, I ran the vacuum straight to the modulator and bypassed the VRV (as suggested by another member in a different thread). Knowing that I purchased a VRV from eBay and will install it when it comes.
The transmission shifts better but too early without the VRV installed. I won't drive it much before the VRV is installed.
