My driver's seat has always had a little "Detroit lean" towards the driver's door. I decided to investigate it yesterday and I was a little alarmed at the fact that the floor was cracked and pushed down. The spot welds were pushed out and even the plate on the bottom side was split.
I've got the top welded up, I put in a bunch of extra plug welds to reinforce the floor further. I am going to fix the bottom today (ran out of wire last night), but I was just wondering if this is a common problem and if there's a factory style fix.
