Alright so the 91 is going to need basiclly every body panel replaced (besides the hood, roof and pillers but does include truck bed, rear bumper etc) so is it just 87-91 that are compatabile or are others as well?

Pretty sure any bed/tailgate from 80-93 fits. I think the doors will too, but not door panels and I've seen plenty with older/newer front ends on all these years but I doubt the core supports are the same so you'd probably have to use a whole front clip but I don't know.

doors.
87-91 most compatible.
80-86 compatible with minor mods.
92-97 least desirable due to cable release mechanisms and clipped corners on wing windows.
front sheet metal....
87-91 only......unless you like doing major mods.
beds
87-97 most compatible.
80-86 can be made to work. tailgate mechanism different and wheelhouse contour different.

Much appreciated, this only apply to F250 and F350's or also for early F150s (pre 92)?

f150-f450 uses the same essential sheetmetal. of course common sense needs to prevail. the pre-94 trucks never had a f250 or f350 with a shortbox or a stepside bed unless someone built it.

Okay one final silly question, whats the easy way to disconnect the wire harness for the doors?
