When removing or installing the heads please get some help. Installing the heads can ruin a head gasket if the slip or drop on the head. The Warden has a great write up how he did his heads. It was a 3 person job. A long piece of 2 inch pipe. Some chain and one person on each end of the pipe. He was in the engine bay as the head was moved in over the block. The 2 helpers slowly lowered the head as he guided it to the location studs. Damaging a head gasket that deep into the job only shows a problem when coolant is added.
