Blown turbo

Any tips on how to get the turbo off my 95 7.3, can't seem to find an easy way to go about it?

Start soaking everything with pb blaster. Lol
Also get a non-ebpv pedestal.

Any tricks on getting to the bolts the pedestal bolts are all loose but can't get the exhaust bolts

I used a crowsfoot wrench.
And I've cut the box end of a wrench off and pry it.
The top ones I hit with 1/2 drive breaker bar.

swap to SD up pipes and SD epbv delete. then all you gotta do is get a v band clamp apart.
