You might consider disconnecting and plugging the wastegate vacuum sensor line. That's what I have done on both of my trucks, although I do have head studs on Raylan, I did not on Diego. With the wastegate unplugged both put out about 12 to 14 PSI. I sold Diego to @chillman88 hey Chris! Do you still have it running like I left it? On another note when I was visiting with Wes, he cautioned about making the wastegate actuator rod too tight. He stated that he has seen the wastegate valve break off and go through the turbo with catastrophic failure as a result. In any case be careful and good luck!

Don't need to pull heads or engine to do studs. Have the proper tools for installing studs then follow the torque pattern of the heads. Remove 1 bolt install the stud then torque to required amount. Then move on to second one and so on until done.
