I would have to agree.... my NAPA... the guys that work there (older gents), you can still walk in and do the "I need one of these" and they dissapear into the shelves and appear with one....... no books, computer, Year/Make/Model/Engine needed....

The "older gent" at my napa store retires this week. I have gotten most all of my parts from him for the last 20? years. this is gonna suck.
