Best Valley Pan Gasket?

Been looking around for a new Valley Pan.
A cursory visual inspection of available products appears to have two identical looking products with a major price disparity.
CDD has one for $132, and Fel-Pro has one HERE for $57.
The CDD one claims to have to "updated" version for turbos, but to my layman's eye it looks identical to the other one.
Wondering if anyone has used the Fel-Pro before.
Also, short of installing fuel rails, is there a return line kit that has decent caps?
I always seem to have one that has a small leak somewhere, but not in the same place.

Some people make brass or aluminum caps. Otherwise, rails.

I like the rails. A pain to install, but once they are, nothing to worry about.

The turbo valley pan has a different baffle in the CDR drain, you can’t see it, externally, they look identical.

Took a closer look, The baffle on the turbo model goes underneath the oil dump from the turbo.

Turbo or non, they both work fine in both applications. I'd go with the cheaper of the two.

Remember when someone tried selling one on ebay for $1000 when Felpro discontinued them? Good times.

Just stumble upon this "Best Valley Pan Gasket" post......Wish I had seen it back in March. Now Amazon got them for $72, which is still kinda cheap, cheaper than $1000 that I remember.
I got a new one already I hanging onto. Got couple used ones too for hard times.

And if I wasn't having to run I'd tell bout that time I working on BESSIE, had Carol helping me, was spraying start fluid & wiping grease & oil off, had 500 watt lite up close to see, suddenly things BLEW UP & wrapped valley pan up & around intake manifold.......

I hope the OP got a good intake manifold gasket. You can't go wrong with FelPro, but A+ for CDD. Of course, you'll pay more from a small business. I bought a return line kit and injector nozzles from them.

I've read threads before about reusing an intake manifold gasket. Probably not the best idea, but I wouldn't pay $1000 for an intake manifold gasket unless it was already installed on a rebuilt 7.3l IDIT with head studs. Maybe then...

CDD just buys and resells the Fel-Pro intake gasket and they are still cheaper than most places. They can be reused though. I found an older post from the late Towcat where he mentioned using 3 or 4 coats of Hylomar on the sealing surfaces that mate with the heads and intake manifold--front and rear is just RTV so no problem there. But a new valley pan sure does look nice.

Wow, went up $16 in a month.
It takes three weeks for them to deliver.
But it's a Fel-Pro.
