Battery wiring

I finally got another idi after 3years of not having one and need to know a few things about the battery wiring. First how is the main hot cable ran from the passenger side battery to the starter? Second other than the main grounds to the block what other grounds come off the batteries and where do they go? I picked up this truck last night for almost nothing but it had no battery cables or batteries so I have to replace all of them.

I have that already but thank you. The main thing I am trying to figure out is the actual routing of the cable down to the starter.

Goes from driver side battery -> passenger battery -> starter.

From pass side batt to starter, just kind of hangs down clear of everything.

Ok so there aren't any clamps or anything it goes through on its way to the starter. Just make sure it is clear of any moving parts and the exhaust. Are there any grounds that come off either battery other than to the block?
