Bad Lift Pump?

Hey guys I have a 1994 F250 7.3 idi with a banks turbo. I've been having this problem for awhile now, I have a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel filter housing and at idle I'm getting from 1-3 psi. Any type of load put on to the engine psi drops to 1 or 0 psi. Is this a sign of a bad lift pump?

Welcome to the forum Justin, what part of Texas are you from?

Typically sounds like a weak lift pump from the low fuel pressure issue, but could be a clogged fuel filter or feed line. Try swapping the filter out and see if it changes. If it doesn’t I would try blowing air back to the tank to clear the line. If neither helps, swap the fuel pump out.
