I've got a lid I'm picking up for $20 tomorrow. Couple question:

1) How do u like it? Any pros or cons you could tell me about..

2) What filter do u run. I prefer paper, but I'm still curious about any filter that you'all are running.

It made a noticeable difference for me, and if you've done the soup bowl mode it will get rid of that really deep intake noise making it quieter. Definitely worth $20, but make shur it comes with the shorter bolt to clamp it down. 1 Con is its a little more of a pain to install the air cleaner assembly because the lids taller. I hear a Chevy 454 truck air filter is almost a perfect fit.

Make sure the bolt that hold down the air cleaner lid is sealed. Water can pool up in the lid and get into the engine and hydrolock it. Dont ask.....lol Would help to make sure your cowl seal works properly also so water doesnt get into the engine compartment.
