Anybody need a 2WD ZF 5 speed for cheap?

I've been looking at that tranny for a couple weeks. The 250k is what's holdin me back.

I wouldn't be scared: I have 240K on mine and it works fine. Keep in mind the 2WD versions are almost always high mileage as nobody buys a 2WD deisel who isn't planning on driving the wheels off it.

If you decide to do it and want a used DMF to lucky mod, let me know as I have a couple.

that is if brian does not want it. i am in the middle of a move up to the medford area, i can forward the money to you lotza. then we can either figure out shipping arrangments or i can just drive up and get it, whichever makes more sense. i won't be able to come up until shortly after the first on dec, if thats ok. as i still have alot of junk to move and get settled. anyway, your help is greatly appreciated.
