Truck Still Earns its Keep
Lets talk clean air. Mostly because of the context of my current observations 
On my truck, pre intercooler, but with a bull moose and turbo and stock Ford filter box and small square filter, I could typically see 16-16.5 mpg on 60-70mph cruising (best of 16.7 right before the intercooler install this summer).
Now, with "OB approved" CXRacing intercooler with 2.25" piping and a 6637 filter feeding the turbo through 30" of 3" tubing, I have barely broken into 15mpg on similar 60-70mph cruising. I also feel like I'm smokier now, but that is unoffocial as I have no way of measuring this.

Does my decrease in mileage make sense with the intercooler? (I don't think it does) I'm kinda baffled by this and at a bit of a loss.
