Now presenting 2 completely different questions combined in one thread for your reading pleasure!

1) Are the aftermarket oil pans any good? Found a few on e-bay for fairly reasonable prices, but I don't want to get one and have it be a thin piece of junk. I'd prefer to find a nice OE one, but haven't had much luck yet.

2) Really how much worse is the ride with poly body mounts over stock? I'm figuring on replacing my cab bushings while I've got the motor out and was going to go poly but I've recently seen some threads on here complaining about how awful they are. Problem is, new OE bushings would set me back about $400 vs $100 for poly..... Is it really worth that?

Thanks,
~John

On a 4x4 poly will be fine, I like mine so much im putting a set on the dually. Think about this, when you go from a rubber cracked out marsmallow, poly will seem rough, and I bet new rubber ones will too.

Oh and dorman makes pretty good replacement stuff, we used many of their 300 six oil pans and they seemed fine.
